  1. Xing Technology Corporation Software License Agreement

  3. Xing Technology Corporation's XingMPEG Driver, XingMPEG Player and all
  4. included video clips and documentation, hereinafter "the software", are
  5. subject to the following licensing agreement. By installing the software,
  6. you are implicitly accepting these terms and conditions:

  8. 1. The software is protected by copyright law and international treaty
  9. provisions. You must not allow copies to be made and distributed to anyone
  10. else. You may make backup copies for archival purposes only. All printed
  11. materials are also protected by copyright law and may not be copied,
  12. distributed, or reproduced in whole or in part without the prior written
  13. consent of Xing Technology Corporation.

  15. 2. The software is licensed for use on a single computer. You may delete the
  16. licensed software from one computer and reinstall it on another, but you may
  17. not install the software on more than one computer at any given time without
  18. purchasing additional software licenses.

  20. 3. The software may not be rented, leased, or in any other manner
  21. redistributed without prior written permission of Xing Technology
  22. Corporation.  The software may not be reverse engineered, decompiled, or
  23. disassembled. Reproduction and/or redistribution of any portion of the
  24. software is specifically prohibited in the absence of a separate written
  25. agreement with Xing Technology Corporation.

  27. 4. While every effort is made to ensure that the software and its
  28. documentation are free from defect, Xing Technology Corporation, its
  29. distributors, dealers, and employees shall not be held responsible for any
  30. loss of profit or any other commercial damage, including but not limited to
  31. special, incidental, consequential, or other damages occasioned by the use
  32. of the software.
