  13. Introduction
  14. ------------
  15. This program was written on my lunch hour
  16. and is totally FREEWARE!
  17.  
  18. Once started and the appropriate options are
  19. set, the program will hide in the background
  20. until a certain event occurs.  Once this
  21. event occurs, a funny Windows 95 error message
  22. will inform the user that something "terrible"
  23. has gone wrong with their computer.
  24.  
  25. The program is completely harmless and will only
  26. display error messages. No damage is done to the
  27. computer or it's operating system.

  30. How do I install this Program?
  31. ------------------------------
  32. It couldn't be any easier.  Find a victim, load the
  33. program, select the options, click GO and RUN!!!

  36. How does it know when to generate a message?
  37. --------------------------------------------
  38. Based on what number selection the user makes, the
  39. program will constantly generate two numbers and
  40. compare them.  If the two numbers match, then the
  41. program displays an "error" message.

  43. For example: The user chooses to set the number
  44. selection to SMALL (1-10).  Thus, the program will
  45. randomly generate two numbers and compare them
  46. (ie: 4 and 9). If they match, then the program shows
  47. an "error" message. If not, the process is repeated
  48. until a match occurs.

  51. Programming Information
  52. -----------------------
  53. This program was written in VB4 32bit under Windows 95.
  54. VERSION 1.1 was recompiled using VB5 32bit! No more
  55. libraries are need for it (I hope). Hooray!
