  98.     Internally, Proxy-Pro GateKeeper constructs a new user policy (this is the one that will be checked), when the user logs with GateKeeper Access, following the next rules:
  99. If a user/group does not have a configuration policy defined that means that it's policy is No Access,
  100. If a user doesn't have a policy, but the group that he/she is member of, has a policy, the group's policy is applied to the user,
  101. If the group has defined a policy and the user also has a policy the most restrictive one is assigned to the user.
