  9.   you (either personal or corporate) and Martin Pesch
  10.   ("Author") for the software product "1by1" ("Software").
  11.   BY COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY KIND, YOU AGREE
  12.   TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
  13.   LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT.
