  12. About TEXTvw
  13. ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  14. TEXTvw is fileviewer for text files encoded in various code
  15. pages (cp437 - US, cp852 - Latin II, cp895 - Kamenicky,
  16. Win1250, ISO Latin II - 8859-2 and cp866 - Russian codepage).
  17. It tries to use as much as possible characters from windows
  18. fonts.

  20. Files can be exported into RTF (using Unicode for extended
  21. characters) or printed using windows printer interface.
  22. Note: extended characters are exported in UNICODE, you
  23.       need Unicode-enabled editor to correctly read this
  24.       (e.g. Word97 and above)

  26. Files to view can be specified as commandline parameters,
  27. wildcards (*,?) are allowed everywhere.

  31. Copy files TEXTVW.EXE and TEXTVW.INI into working directory.

  33. Program doesn't modify windows registry nor any other files.

  35. Using and distributing TEXTvw

  37. TEXTvw may be used for any purpose, at no cost.
  38. It may be distributed by any means, provided that the original
  39. files as supplied by the author remain intact and no charge is made
  40. other than for reasonable distribution costs.
