DirectX Eradicator 1.08 SR1 - by Firecat 2001

DirectX is an integral component of the Windows OS, therefore its
removal isn't recommended.. Should it become absolutely necessary,
DXE can be used to safely uninstall the DirectX runtime component.
- Supports: Win95, 98, M.E., and Windows 2000
- Full uninstall support for DirectX 2.0-8.1 build 0682
- Removal of all DirectX core files and program folders
- Removes 1200+ reg-entries; INF rollback etc
Step-by-Step Usage
------------------
* Use DXErad.exe to remove DirectX [x.xx] from Windows
* RESTORE DirectX [x.xx] from the Windows Setup CD-ROM
Windows M.E. Notes
------------------
IF you don't have "PCHealth" installed, you may skip this section!
Otherwise, complete the following procedure before running DXErad.
- Reboot to MS-DOS, run sfprot.bat, and restart Windows
Windows 2000 Notes
------------------
- DXE will replace your existing version of SFC.DLL with the Win2K
shipping version -- 5.00.2164.1. This file is needed to deactivate
Windows File Protection on Win2K systems running "SP2", or higher.
