HarmWave is a graphics application that creates seamless tiles for use as Windows wallpaper or web page backgrounds. It can also be used for photo re-touching.
Installation is simple. Unzip the files. You are done. There is no install program, no dll's, etc. Just keep all the help files with the executable so Help will work properly.
HarmWave is freeware, freely distributable. HarmWave may not be sold, either separately or as part of a commercial collection, without the express written consent of the author. Please share it with your friends!
