  1. Label-Creator is a beta version. This version can
  2. crash your system.

  4. This license agreement is a legal agreement
  5. between you (either an individual or a single entity) 
  6. and and the author of this software package.

  8. By installing or otherwise using
  9. this software you agree to be bound by this agreement.
  10. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, 
  11. you may not install or use this software.

  13. You may install and use an unlimited number of 
  14. copies of this software on your computers.

  16. You may give this software package to your
  17. friends, burn it onto your own CD-Rom's (or other media)
  18. and upload it to Free/Shareware Listservers as long
  19. as the original package remains unmodified.

  21. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer any part 
  22. of this software. You may not rent or lease the software.

  25. terminate without notice if you fail to comply

  27. upon termination to promptly destroy the Software Product 
  28. together with all of its component parts, prior and 
  29. replacement versions, and all copies and modifications 
  30. thereof in any form.

  35. The author may, from time to time, revise 
  36. or update the Software. In so doing, the author
  37. incurs no obligation to furnish such revision or 
  38. updates to you.

  40. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY 
  41. APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND 
  42. DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND
  43. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES 
  44. AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
  45. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED

  64. CUMULATIVE AND ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU

  72. void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, 
  73. such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms
  74. hereof.
