Arajah retains the copyright, title and ownership of the SOFTWARE and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist.
DISTRIBUTION
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware Version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of this SOFTWARE and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the SOFTWARE and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the SOFTWARE and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior permission.

You may install a copy of the SOFTWARE on a computer and freely move the SOFTWARE from one computer to another, provided that you are the only individual using the SOFTWARE.
This grant of license gives the Licensee the right to use the the SOFTWARE on web sites and other objects containing HTML. The Applets may be used on web sites and other objects containing HTML files belonging to other person/persons or entity/entities than the Licensee.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES (OR CONDITIONS), EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES (OR CONDITIONS) OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH YOU.
Futhermore the Licensor does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Product or it's documentation in terms of correctness, reliability, accuracy or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by the Licensor shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of the warranty.
These warranties give the licensee specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. In that event such warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period. No warranties apply after that period.
THE LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM USING THE PRODUCT OR FOR ANY ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS), EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limitation of liability also applies to any developer of any software supplied to the Licensor used in the course of creating, packaging or delivering the Product to the Licensee. The Licensor's maximum liability shall in any event be the license fee paid for the Product.
You may terminate your license at any time. If you do so, all your license rights to the Product are terminated. The Licensor may terminate your license if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If the Licensor does so, all your license rights to the Product are terminated and you must destroy all copies of it.
The product is not designed or intended for use in on-line control of aircraft, air traffic, aircraft navigation or aircraft communications; or in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility. The licensee represents and warrants that they will not use or redistribute the product for such purposes.
Java and all Java related trademarks and logos are trademarks of Sun Microsystems, Inc. Other company product and service names may be the trademark or service marks of others.
