  5. Description:
  6. Rest Your Eyes (RYE) will help to protect you from overwork, eye strain, and CRSI on the computer.
  7.  
  8. Simply set your desired work periods and rest intervals, then choose a screen saver and, optionally, a background
  9. sound file. Minimize the program or place it in the system tray.
  10.  
  11. At the preset times, your computer will go into screen saver mode and you can take a break. The screen saver
  12. presentation can be random, but your default screen saver settings will be returned when you close the program.
  13.  
  14. You can override operation during valuable online time and schedule applications such as backup utilities to run during your rest period.
  15.  
  16. Now with version 2, you can even synchronize your PC clock with an Internet time server, and it works for Windows
  17. NT. Besides RYE uses a library from Windows Media player, so it supports all of its file types.

  21. Special feature: Remember when Explorer crashes and all the tray icons disappear and you have to restart
  22. the computer for them to show again? RYE's tray icon ALWAYS stays visible even when Explorer crashes.

  26. OPERATION NOTES
  27.  
  28. RYE always runs minimized; either normally or as a system tray icon.
  29.  
  30. Although it sets your current Windows screen saver to "none", RYE will restore your previous settings when you close it.
  31.  
  32. The "Disk ID" number shown on RYE's caption is needed when you register. It's the serial number of the disk where
  33. Windows is installed.

  35. To uninstall RYE, click on the Explorer's icon called "Uninstall RYE" or call Control Panel's "Add/Remove" dialog box,
  36. select RYE, then click on Add/Remove.

  62. Just run Setup.exe, select a directory where RYE will be executed from and where you want to create its program
  63. group. Uninstallation is also included.

  70. You may use the unregistered version of RYE as long as you wish, but if you want to use all of its features you must
  71. register.

  73. Limits of the unregistered version:
  74. - Expires in 11 days (Today + 10 days).
  75. - Shows a registration dialog box at start up and when the working interval starts.
  76. - The option of automatically executing a program is disabled.

  79. If you wish to use RYE in an additional computer, you can ask for ONE free additional registration code, by supplying an
  80. additional Disk ID in the order form.
