  8. CD2HTML is a very handy Delphi 3 program that automatically 
  9. makes html pages out of directories, complete with links to 
  10. the files, icons/thumbnails of the files, extensive information
  11. about MP3 files (file information plus reading/writing of the
  12. ID3 tag) descriptions and if necessary, the index files even 
  13. within rar, zip or arj files (internal support for Zip/Unzip,
  14. RAR). Very useful for internet/intranet administrators to scan 
  15. and publish their files and people who want to indexing their 
  16. cd's (because it prints cd covers too or exports them to EMF).
