NOTE: If you changed the extraction location from C:\DirectNT, you need to make sure these files are in their permanent location--not a temporary directory.  If the files are not in C:\DirectNT, upon startup, the shortcut DirectNT will momentarily look for the new location.  If you desire to speed up the process, manually point this shortcut to the proper directory.
