  18.     WinArj95 is a Windows-Shell for ARJ ARCHIVER, WinArj95
  19.     version 4.1.0, is a 32 bit program, written in VB4-32, 
  20.     and therefor neets VB40032.dll  as a  runtime library.
  21.     If you don't have this DLL, it is available from  most
  22.     online systems.

  24.     The version of  ARJ  (2.55.b) included, is Copyright to
  25.         1990-95 ARJ Software, Robert and Susan Jung. 
  26.     The ARJ Archiver Software may also has to be registered.
