  1. TRIAL USE LICENSE

  3. PrimaSoft AutoFTP is NOT a public domain program. It is 
  4. copyrighted by PrimaSoft PC, Inc. further referred to as the authors. 
  5. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by Canada 
  6. Copyright law and also by International Treaty provisions.
  7.  
  8. The authors grant you a limited license to use this software
  9. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days. If you
  10. continue using this software after the thirty-day evaluation period, you
  11. MUST register with the authors (see register.txt or Help file).
  12.  
  13. Registering the Sponsored Version (with advertising) is FREE.
  14. The Sponsored Version can only be registered by e-mail. Users
  15. without Internet access MAY NOT register the sponsored version.

  18. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  20. INDIVIDUALS may distribute PrimaSoft AutoFTP to friends or 
  21. associates, provided they charge no fees for this service, and they 
  22. convey a complete and unaltered copy of the shareware version of 
  23. this product.

  25. All other distribution is allowed only under the terms of the attached
  26. VENDINFO data record, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Any
  27. distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed in
  28. that data record is hereby authorized. You may not distribute this
  29. product, modify it, or bundle it with other products except as
  30. specifically allowed therein. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell,
  31. modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
  32. the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such
  33. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  34. this license.

  36. Permission to distribute the PrimaSoft AutoFTP package is 
  37. not transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable. 
  38. Each vendor wishing to distribute the package must independently 
  39. satisfy the terms of this limited distribution license.

  41. The authors may revoke any permissions granted here, by notifying you 
  42. in writing.  All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to the 
  43. authors.
