  6. Stable Technical Graphs is NOT a public domain program.  It is Copyright
  7. (c) 1990-1994 by WINTERRA Software Group.  All Rights Reserved.

  9. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by United
  10. States Copyright law and also by International Treaty provisions.  Any
  11. use of this software in violation of Copyright law or the terms of this
  12. limited license will be prosecuted to the best of our ability.  The
  13. conditions under which you may copy this software and documentation are
  14. clearly outlined below under "Distribution Restrictions".

  16. WINTERRA Software Group hereby grants you a limited license to use this
  17. software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty (30)
  18. days.  If you intend to continue using this software after this thirty
  19. day evaluation period, you MUST register as a licensed user and forward
  20. payment to WINTERRA Software Group.

  22. Using this software after the thirty (30) day evaluation period, without
  23. registering the software, is a violation of the terms of this limited
  24. license.

  29. Limited Distribution License
  30. ============================
  31. As the copyright holder for Stable Technical Graphs, WINTERRA Software
  32. Group authorizes that the following may distribute the shareware version
  33. of Stable Technical Graphs, completely unaltered, without further
  34. permission;
  35.  
  36.    o  Individual users (for non-commercial use).
  37.    o  ASP approved software vendors in good standing.
  38.    o  BBS sysops.
  39.  
  40. For all other cases or to distribute in modified form, you must satisfy
  41. all of the distribution requirements expressed by the following:

  43.    o  Written permission from WINTERRA Software Group is required to
  44.    distribute Stable Technical Graphs.
  45.  
  46.    o  The Stable Technical Graphs package is defined as containing all
  47.    the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any of the
  48.    files listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file
  49.    itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  50.    distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a complete
  51.    package suitable for distribution.

  53.    o  The Stable Technical Graphs package - including all related
  54.    program files and documentation files - CANNOT BE MODIFIED IN ANY WAY
  55.    and must be distributed as a complete package, without exception. The
  56.    PACKING.LST text file contains a list of all files that are part of
  57.    the Stable Technical Graphs package.
  58.  
  59.    o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the Stable
  60.    Technical Graphs package.  A distribution fee however may be charged
  61.    as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$10.00.

  63.    o  The Stable Technical Graphs package CANNOT be sold as or included
  64.    in any commercial software packaging offer, without a written
  65.    agreement from WINTERRA Software Group.

  67.    o  Permission to distribute the Stable Technical Graphs package is
  68.    not transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor
  69.    wishing to distribute the package must independently satisfy the
  70.    terms of this limited distribution license.

  72.    o  The PRINTED Shareware Reference Guide may not be reproduced in
  73.    whole or in part, using any means, without the written permission of
  74.    WINTERRA Software Group.  In other words, the disk-based
  75.    documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED (hardcopy) form.

  77.    o  You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs,
  78.    or other literature which describes our products as "FREE SOFTWARE".
  79.    Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free.
  80.    Therefore, your literature must clearly state that our products are
  81.    for user evaluation only, and are not free software.
  82.  
  83.    o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  84.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  85.    licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such
  86.    unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
  87.    of this license.

  89.    o  WINTERRA Software Group reserves the right to limit or stop the
  90.    offering and sale of Stable Technical Graphs at any time, for any
  91.    reason.

  93. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  94. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  95. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  96. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
  97. the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  98. 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
  99. WINTERRA Software Group, P.O. Box 4106, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126-0100.

  101. WINTERRA Software Group may revoke any permissions granted here, by
  102. notifying you in writing.  All rights not expressly granted here are
  103. reserved to WINTERRA Software Group.
