  18. TechFacts 95 is a versatile Windows spy\trace utility that lets you examine
  19. your system's Windows, DOS, System and Network environment, including:
  20. Windows, Tasks, CMOS, Multimedia, and Heap blocks.

  22. Included are powerful integrated utilities to watch changes on your system
  23. that occur as a result of installing software or running programs as well
  24. as the ability to show disk utilization as a percentage of total disk used.

  26. There are 4 configurable resource monitors which let you monitor memory, heap
  27. or disk percentage available as well as a Windows 95 registry monitor to
  28. monitor CPU usage, disk and network performance.

  32. You can search for DLLs Files and Duplicate files. Any file can be viewed in
  33. native or Hex mode, copied to the clipboard or printed.

  38. As this utility was developed for Tech support organizations, every piece of
  39. TechFacts information can be either FAXED or EMAILED automatically and

  43. The help file is also embedded into Techfacts 95. In other words: TECHFACTS 95
  44. does not rely on any other files on your system! Nothing, no DLLs, no drivers.

  47. Installation
  48. ============

  50. To Install:   TechFacts 95 requires no installation! Copy the program to the
  51.               directory you want and run it! There are no file dependancies!
  52.  
  53.       The first time you run TechFacts 95 a built-in wizard will help you
  54.       determine certain settings.
  55.  
  56.       TechFacts 95 will require 1200k on your hard drive
  57.       and there are no memory or configuration requirements.

  59. To Uninstall:
  60.       1. Use the Uninstall icon that will be in the TechFacts 95 folder.
  61.       2. If there is no icon then remove the "TechFacts95" subkey from the
  62.          "Software" key in the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" key of the registry. You
  63.          can user the "REGEDIT" registry program that is part of Windows 95.
  64.       3. Delete the TechFacts 95 directory and it's contents.

  123.  1. All The ListView fields were changed to be sortable ascending and
  124.     descending when you click on the column header.
  125.  2. Fields in the Setup form were expanded to allow for large fonts.
  126.  3. The Custom CPU monitor and the Performance CPU monitor now BOTH monitor
  127.     CPU usage accurately.
  128.  4. Added option to log variable TechFacts data into a local or remote log.
  129.     Log can be invoked every x minutes, when TechFacts 95 starts or when
  130.     processes start or end.

  189. the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but

  216. immediately (However Dean Software Design must still be advised so that

  240. Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before
  241. buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you
