  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using 
  8. this software.  Unless you have a different license agreement signed by 
  9. Skimrest Ltd. your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this 
  10. license agreement and warranty.

  12. Shareware (Unregistered) Version

  14.    Evaluation and Registration

  16.    This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this software 
  17.    for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you 
  18.    use this software after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee
  19.    is required.  
  20.    A registration order form REGISTER.TXT is provided, that lists the 
  21.    current fees.  When payment is received you will be sent a registered 
  22.    copy of the latest version of Match for Windows.

  25.    Distribution
  26.    Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware Version
  27.    (select About from the Help menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make
  28.    as many copies of the Shareware version of this software and documentation 
  29.    as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; 
  30.    and distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation in 
  31.    its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of 
  32.    the above.  The files REGISTER.TXT, LICENSE.TXT, FILE_ID.DIZ and README.TXT
  33.    must all be included with the program files when distributing.  A full list
  34.    of all program files is included in README.TXT.

  36.    You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for 
  37.    any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or
  38.    documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior

  45.    One registered copy of Match for Windows may either be used by a single 
  46.    person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or 
  47.    installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple 
  48.    people, but not both.  You may access the registered version of Match for 
  49.    Windows through a network, provided that you have obtained either individual
  50.    licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the 
  51.    software through the network, or an individual licence for each individual 
  52.    who will at any time use Match for Windows.
