  1. PRINTING ENVELOPES WITH DJLOPE FOR WINDOWS

  4. The main screen of DJLOPE for Windows shows a graphic depiction of an envelope. Fonts and type sizes and styles will change as you change them in the Configure! menu, but margins and other elements will not change on your screen. Changes you make in margins, however, will change the printed output of the program.

  6. Below the envelope are several buttons.

  13. Click here to move to the previous record in the database.

  20. Click here to move to the next record in the database.

  25. ADD NEW (ALT+A)

  27. Click here to add a new record to the current database. A dialog box opens where you can type in up to five lines for the new address. Click on OK to add this address to the database. Click on Cancel to return to the main screen without adding the new record.

  34. Click here to edit the current record showing on the screen. A dialog box open allowing you to make whatever changes you need to. Click OK to commit the changes to the database, or click Cancel to return to the main screen without making the changes.

  39. DELETE (ALT+D)

  41. Click here to delete the current record (showing on the screen) from the database. You will see a warning "Are you sure..." before the deletion is completed by clicking OK.

  46. PRINT ENVELOPE (ALT+E)

  48. Click here to print the envelope displayed on your screen. Note that if the PostNet barcode appears on the screen above the address, it will also print on the envelope. To omit the bar code, go to the Configure! menu and make the appropriate change in the PostNet Barcode area.
