  4. You're trying Spice v1.1!
  5.  
  6. This file simply gives a run-down on how to install Spice onto you 
  7. system.  There is no installation because it is simply too easy.
  8.    
  9. You need to copy all of the Spice files into one directory.  That's the
  10. installation instructions! Well, you can also add the program to your
  11. startup so that when you start your computer it will automatically start.
  12.  
  13. The first screen of the help describes how to configure Spice but here is
  14. the basic outline.  You will copy as many backgrounds that you would like
  15. to see on your desktop into one directory.   You then go to the Spice
  16. configuration and point to that directory.  That's it!

  19. IMPORTANT NOTE: Shareware! 
  20.  
  21. Spice  is a shareware program, not a *free* program.   You are allowed to
  22. evaluate it for seven days but to use it after that time you will have to
  23. register it. This should not be difficult since it  only cost $10.00. If
  24. you would like to register Spice with DiamondSoft then select one of the
  25. two plans..

  27. USE COMPUSERVE SHAREWARE REGISTRATION 
  28.  
  29. If you have a CompuServe account then the registration process is easy.
  30. Simply "GO SWREG"  and select "Software Registration" from the list of
  31. entries. From there follow the instruction using software ID number ####*.
  32. You will be e-mailed a registration number within 3-days.   This is the
  33. best and easiest way for you.

  35. * Note that a SWREG number was not assigned when you got this version but
  36. chances are that there is one  now. Contact DiamondSoft to get the SWREG
  37. number.

  42. $10.00 to;

  48. Be sure to include  all of your vital statistics like Name and Address.  If
  49. you have an e-mail address then include that as well and your registration
  50. number will arrive quicker.  Otherwise  you will be mailed you registration
  51. number.

  62. Perhaps... if we get some good ideas from you.  Now it is a simple program
  63. that does the job so unless we have some really good ideas (like making it
  64. use JPEG files) we won't do another version.
