  4. This is not free software. This license allows you to use this software 
  5. for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 20 days.  If you 
  6. use this  software after the 20 day evaluation period a registration fee 
  7. is required.  When payment is received, you will receive your registration 
  8. number and be entitled to receive the latest copy of WinMenu Single User 
  9. Edition.

  11. The price of WINMENU single user edition is just US$20.00 . You may print
  12. and send this form.

  33.  regular US mail.  Please, indicate your CIS, Prodigy, American Online or 
  34.  INTERNET mail address to the operator for faster delivery.  You may also 
  35.  send an email message directly to the author ( see addresses below) to 
  36.  supply your email address.
