  5. DISTRIBUTION POLICY
  6. -------------------

  8. Any person or company wishing to distribute TEXT TO PAPER
  9. for any kind of remuneration must first contact
  10. CIEMIAN COMPUTER SERVICES for authorization.
  11.  
  12. This authorization will be automatically granted to
  13. distributors recognized by the <ASP> as adhering to its
  14. guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors
  15. may begin offering TEXT TO PAPER immediately (However,
  16. CIEMIAN COMPUTER SERVICES must still be advised so that the
  17. distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version
  18. of TEXT TO PAPER).

  20. In all cases, this software and documentation must be
  21. distributed in its complete and original form (including all
  22. copyright notices) and must be clearly identified as
  23. shareware (with an appropriate definition).

  25. CIEMIAN COMPUTER SERVICES reserves the right to revoke this
  26. authorization at any time.
