To install SeeKeys simply copy all the files into the same directory, whether its own directory or another. Then use FILE/NEW section in program manager to assign SeeKeys to a group.
If you have any trouble with SeeKeys failing to export your phrases to Word for Windows make sure that your Winword directory and the directory that SeeKeys is in are in your PATH statement in your autoexec.bat file.
