  10. Surfer Central is a useful tool for Microsoft 
  11. Windows 3.1 (and later) that allows the user to 
  12. manage all Internet addresses, including E-Mail, 
  13. WWW, FTP, FSP, Gopher, Archie and Telnet, in a 
  14. convenient and simple fashion. Each address 
  15. contains customizable fields that are unique to 
  16. that address type. The site database is split into 
  17. 16 categories according to the various types of 
  18. addresses. In addition, each site may be assigned 
  19. a subcategory according to personal tastes. Surfer 
  20. Central also acts as an excellent shell for 
  21. maintaining Winsock connections.
