  4.                                LICENSE

  6.   The IF2000 is SHAREWARE. This means:

  8.   1.All copyrights  to  IF2000 are exclusively  owned  by  ANNA  Ltd.,
  9.     Zaporozhye,  Ukraine.
  10.  
  11.   2.This  is a SHAREWARE  version of IF2000,  hereafter  referred  to
  12.     as  'the Software',  and  you are hereby granted a  non-exclusive
  13.     license to use the Software. If  you  have  obtained the software
  14.     free of charge your are not entitled to support of any kind.
  15.  
  16.   3.Anyone  may  use this  software  during a test period of 30 days.
  17.     Following  this   test   period  of  30 days or less, if you wish
  18.     to continue to use IF2000 , you MUST register.
  19.  
  20.   4.ANNA Ltd.  assumes  no  liability  and is not responsible for any
  21.     misuse  or  damage  caused  by  our  software product. It's final
  22.     user's   responsibility  to  obey  all  applicable  local, state,
  23.     federal and countries laws.

  25.   5.Once  registered,  the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  26.     use  IF2000   on one computer (i.e. a single CPU),  for any legal
  27.     purpose, at a time.  The  registered  IF2000  software may not be
  28.     rented  or leased, but  may  be  permanently  transferred, if the
  29.     person  receiving  it  agrees  to  terms  if this license. If the
  30.     software  is   an  update, the  transfer  must include the update
  31.     and all previous versions.

  33.   6.The  IF2000  unregistered  SHAREWARE  version,   may   be  freely
  34.     distributed, provided the distribution  package is  not modified.
  35.     No  person  or  company  may charge a fee for the distribution of
  36.     IF2000 without written permission from the copyright holder.

  38.   7.The  software  IS  DISTRIBUTED  "AS  IS".  You may not use, copy,
  39.     emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,disassemble,
  40.     otherwise  reverse engineer, or transfer  the  licensed  program,
  41.     make   available    either   intentionally   or   otherwise  your
  42.     registration  details to other persons, use the software contrary
  43.     to  acceptable  use  policies,  or  any  subset  of  the licensed
  44.     program,  except  as  provided  for  in this  agreement. Any such
  45.     unauthorized  use  shall  result  in  immediate   and   automatic
  46.     termination  of  this  license and may result in  criminal and/or
  47.     civil  prosecution.  All  rights  not  expressly granted here are
  48.     reserved by ANNA Ltd., Zaporozhye, Ukraine.

  50.   8.Installing   and   using  IF2000 signifies  acceptance  of  these
  51.     terms and conditions of the license.

  53.   10.If  you  do  not  agree  with the terms of this license you must
  54.      remove  IF2000  files  from  your  storage  devices and cease to
  55.      use the product.

  57.   11.The  license  will  terminate  automatically  and  the  software
  58.      unregistered if you fail  to  comply with any of the above terms
  59.      and  conditions. The  license  may be terminated by either party
  60.      at any time and without notice.
