  6. License Agreement
  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions 
  8. before using this software. Unless you have a different license 
  9. agreement signed by SACOM Software. your use of this software 
  10. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
  11.  
  12. Registered Version
  13. One registered copy of HEX-clusive may either be used 
  14. by a single person who uses the software personally on one or 
  15. more computers, or installed on a single workstation used 
  16. nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
  17.  
  18. You may access the registered version of HEX-clusive 
  19. through a network, provided that you have obtained individual 
  20. licenses for the software covering all workstations that will 
  21. access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 
  22. different workstations will access HEX-clusive on the 
  23. network, each workstation must have its own HEX-clusive 
  24. license, regardless of whether they use HEX-clusive at 
  25. different times or concurrently.

  27. Governing Law

  29. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands
  30. Disclaimer of Warranty
  31. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND 
  32. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR 
  33. ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because 
  34. of the various hardware and software environments into which 
  35. HEX-clusive may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A 
  36. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  38. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be 
  39. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. 
  40. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. 
  41. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT 
  42. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
