  7. Shareware Notice

  9. Find++ is a shareware program and is a copyright of Byte Wyse Software. 
  10. This copy is for evaluation purposes only. You are allowed to evaluate it 
  11. for a period of not more than 30 days. If you continue to use it after 30 
  12. days you are required to register it. You are encouraged to distrubute 
  13. copies of Find++ to your friends and others for evaluation.

  15. Registered users will be delighted to know that they will receive the 
  16. registered version of Find++ without any of its nag screens. Registered 
  17. users will get free upgrades and any bug fixes. they will also receive 
  18. support from the author for a period of 90 days from the date of their 
  19. registration.

  21. Registered users will receive the latest registered version of Find++ by 
  22. e-mail within two or at most four days of receipt of registration. they 
  23. can download all future upgrades of Find++ for Windows free of cost as 
  24. and when they becomes available.

  28. One registered copy of Find++ may either be used by a single person who 
  29. uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a 
  30. single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not 
  31. both.

  33. Organizations that wish to use the registered version of  Find++ on a 
  34. number of workstations or computers within their organization should 
  35. purchase the appropriate site license.  A site license entitles such an 
  36. organization to purchase a single copy of the registered software to be 
  37. copied onto any number of computers or workstations within a building.

  39. Please remember the registered version of Find++ is not to be copied onto 
  40. disks or any other media for purposes other than back-up.

  42. Users are encouraged to evaluate the software carefully before regular use.
