  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2.  
  3. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Pitrinec Software (Author) grants to 
  4. you a nonexclusive license to use the CMDbar software (Software).
  5.  
  6. A. Use of the Software.
  7.  
  8.    The Software  has been released for distribution as a SHAREWARE and 
  9.    may be distributed at no cost.  
  10.     
  11.    You may install the Software on a hard disk or other storage device; 
  12.    install and use the Software on a file server for use on a network for 
  13.    the purposes of (i) permanent installation onto hard disks or other 
  14.    storage devices or (ii) use of the Software over such network; and make 
  15.    backup copies of the Software.

  17. B. Restrictions.  
  18.  
  19.    Unregistered use of the Software after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation 
  20.    of international copyright laws.
  21.  
  22.    You are not allowed to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, 
  23.    disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. 
  24.  
  25.    The number of  the (licensed) Software instances running at the same time may 
  26.    not exceed the number of licenses purchased.
  27.  
  28.    You are not allowed to redistribute or provide to 3rd party already registered 
  29.    versions of the Software as well as you may not publish the registration number(s) 
  30.    that unlock the Software.
  31.  
  32.    The Software can be distributed only as the package provided by the Author.
  33.    This package cannot be changed in any way without written Author's permission.
  34.  
  35. C. No Warranty.  
  36.  
  37.    ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR
  38.    IMPLIED, IN THIS SOFTWARE.  THE ENTIRE RISK OF THE USE OR 
  39.    THE RESULT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH 
  40.    THE USER.
