  12.                  and Start Menu delay, customize the Start Menu caption,

  15.                  network options, remove the arrow from your shortcuts, and
  16.                  clear the Documents menu and Run buffer. As an added bonus,
  17.                  Windows Administrator even includes a chess game. Other
  18.                  features include a custom appearance option and multilingual
  19.                  support. This fine program will have you tweaking your
