  7. System requirements:  don't know... Slowest machine tested on has been a 486/66, all you
  8. need to run it is the .exe file
  9. Freeware/Shareware status:  Freeware
  10. Description:  Guitar Tablature Authoring Tool.  Tons of tab symbols, including bends,
  11. hammer-ons, pull-offs, tremolo picking, tremolo bar dips, legato & shift slides, rhythm
  12. slashes and most of the common music symbols used in tab (Coda, D.C. al Coda, etc).  For
  13. guitar or bass tabs.  It also includes a beta version of a conversion utility to convert
  14. .tab files off the net into the Power Tab format. (See Power Tab Conversion Utility in the
  15. help file)

  28. There's an important info concerning the program in the Help file under
  29. the topic "index".  Please read this first before running
  30. the program.

  32. To do this:

  34. 1) Run the Power Tab program
  35. 2) Select Help Topics menu item from the Help menu
  36. 3) From the list of topics under the "2 Click the index
  37. entry you want, and then click Display", select "index".

  39. Note:  You should uninstall Power Tab Beta .97 first before installing Beta .98.

  44. 2 major errors that haven't been fixed:

  46. 1)  Double-clicking on a Power Tab file doesn't open it.
  47. 2)  Opening a file on the recent file list that doesn't exist = crash
