  12. After your 30-day evaluation period, you are legally required
  13. to register Stella if you decide to continue using it. There
  14. are many benefits, not the least of which will be a sensation of
  15. warm altruism accompanied by a clear conscience.

  17. The shareware release currently under evaluation is similar in
  18. most respects to the registered version.
  19.  
  20. What sets fully registered copies apart is:

  38. send you a personal (dedicated) copy of the latest version of
  39. Stella pre-programmed with your name, home location and
  40. startup preferences. You may contact us by post or E-mail at
  41. any time after registration with any problem or query
  42. concerning the inner workings of Stella.

  44. Swimming Elk Software welcomes pre-registration enquiries,
  45. even if their sole motive is to confirm to yourself that we
  46. actually exist. A simple postcard or e-mail with your name and
  47. address and a reference to Stella 2000 will suffice to get you
  48. a reassuring reply.

  88. * Stella costs a basic 25 pounds sterling or U$45.

  90. Payment can be by any major credit card, sterling cheque 
  91. drawn on a UK bank (made out to R.Hughes), personal check or
  92. cash at the present exchange rate in your own hard currency, or
  93. international banker's draft or money order.

  95. Regrettably, we must charge a handling fee if payment is in
  96. non-sterling currency, PERSONAL CHECK, or IMO, bringing the
  97. total to $45 U.S. at the current exchange in whatever tender
  98. you decide to send. We accept all hard currencies as payment.

  100. For orders by CREDIT CARD please add a further $4 (see below for
  101. details). This surcharge is necessary in order to cover the rather 
  102. excessive cost of international wire transfers between our bank
  103. and our credit card agents, but it's by far the fastest way to obtain
  104. your registered copy of Coeli. Turnaround times are typically between
  105. 12 and 24 hours. You may order online or by phone/fax anytime and from
  106. anywhere in the world.

  108. A final alternative is 200 Finnish marks, to which handling
  109. need not be added if payment is in cash or any cheque drawn is
  110. on a Finnish bank.
