  2. CNStats - a real-time system for Web statistics accumulation and analysis.

  4.  License for use and distribution
  5.  
  6.  The CNStats system is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

  8.  1. All copyrights to CNStats are exclusively owned by the authors -
  9.     CN-Software.com
  10.  
  11.  2. You  MUST  register  after  the test period of 40 days or less, if
  12.     you wish  to  continue to use CNStats. If you do not register your
  13.     distribution of CNStats within this period, only demo features of
  14.     the product will be available to you.
  15.  
  16.  3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
  17.     CNStats on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. The
  18.     registered CNStats software may not be rented or leased.
  19.     Registered software is provided with technical support, free
  20.     updates, free new versions upon request within 1 year  starting
  21.     with the registration date.

  23.  4. The CNStats unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
  24.     with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
  25.     not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  26.     distribution of CNStats without written permission from the
  27.     copyright holder. The CNStats unregistered trial version may not be
  28.     bundled or distributed with any other package without written
  29.     permission of the copyright holder.

  31.  5. To register you must complete the registration form and send it,
  32.     with registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites,
  33.     see http://cn-software.com

  35.  6. CNStats STATISTICS SYSTEM IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  36.     KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR
  37.     WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
  38.     OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  40.  7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  41.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  42.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  43.     provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
  44.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  45.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  54.     CNStats files from your storage devices and cease to use the
