  1.             Bugzero License Agreement

  4. 1. Definitions
  5.  
  6. (a) "Agreement" means this license agreement.
  7. (b) "WEBsina" means the WEBsina, Inc company.
  8. (c) "Software" means the Bugzero software.
  9. (d) "You" means you and the company which employes you or which you represent.

  12. 2. License Grants
  13.  
  14. (a) You may install one instance of this Software on a single computer for 
  15.     one domain in production. You may install another instance for testing purpose.
  16.     You may not install multiple instances of the Software in a hosting environment
  17.     with one license. For each installed instance of the Software in production,
  18.     a separate licence is required.
  19. (b) You may customize the Software for your own use by modifying certain text
  20.     (properties and jsp) files and image files. You may not reverse engineer
  21.     the Software as set forth below in Section 3. You may not alter this license
  22.     agreement. 
  23. (c) You may back up the Software and related database data and files for the
  24.     purpose of backup.
  25. (d) Your license rights under this Agreement are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

  28. 3. Restrictions:

  30. (a) Other than as set forth in Section 2, you may not make or distribute copies
  31.     of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to
  32.     another or over a network to any third parties.
  33. (b) Other than customization, you may not alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate
  34.     the Software.
  35. (c) You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce
  36.     the Software to a human-perceivable form.
  37. (d) You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
  38. (e) You may not create derivative works based upon the Software.
  39. (f) In the event that you fail to comply with this Agreement, WEBsina may terminate
  40.     the license and you must destroy all copies of the Software you have.

  43. 4. Intellectual property rights

  45. This Software is copyrighted by WEBsina.
  46. WEBsina owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Software and
  47. all intellectual property and other rights associated with any modifications,
  48. enhancements, adaptations or translations of the Software. These rights include,
  49. not limited to, trade names, inventions, copyrights, trade secrets, patents,
  50. and know-hows.

  53. 5. Disclaimer of Warranty:

  55. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS
  56. OR IMPLIED. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS
  57. WITH YOU, AND YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  58. WEBsina is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage
  59. or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or
  60. reliance on this Software.
