  1. Tango FTP License Agreement

  4. By using Tango FTP, you agree to this License Agreement. If you don't agree to all statements in the Agreement, please do NOT use the Software.

This License Agreement ("The Agreement") is made effective upon obtaining of any of the software products made available by Etonica, Inc. ("The Publisher"), hereafter denoted "The Software", by the user of the said software ("The User").  By downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the Agreement.

  8. I.    LICENSE

  10. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed and NOT sold. This Agreement grants you the right to install and use the Software on your computer(s).

  12. You may evaluate the Software for a continuous 15 days, after which you will need license file(s) and/or registration codes to unlock the software.

  14. II.      NO WARRANTIES

The Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages and losses, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, arising out of any use or misuse of the Software or any sequential damages including but not limited to the distribution of the files created by the Software. The User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Publisher from and against any claims or lawsuits, including Attorney's fees that arise or result from any loss, damage, or liability in any form.

  18. III.      PERFORMANCE

  20. The Publisher does not guarantee there are no imperfections or errors in the Software. The Software will not intentionally cause any malicious behavior.

  22. IV.      PRIVACY PROTECTION

  24. Any personal information disclosed to the Publisher as a result of registration will be held confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party for commercial or non-profit purposes.

  26. V.      NO REFUND

  28. Etonica desires that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a free, 15-day, no obligation trial evaluation of Tango Ftp. Technical support is also available without charge during the trial period via email.

  30. Because of this free trial offer, all purchases must be considered final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges of any kind after a purchase has been made.

  32. All products are delivered electronically by download. We do not manufacture or ship CDs, other media, or hardcopy manuals.

  34. VI.      COPYRIGHT

  36. All rights, title, and copyrights in and to the Software and any copies of the Software are owned by Etonica, Inc. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  38. VII.      TERMINATION

  40. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Publisher may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

  42. VIII.      REVISION

  44. The Publisher reserves the right to make modifications to this Agreement at any time.
