  3. All versions of Newsplorer, are protected by copyright laws and
  4. international copyright treaties and the sole property of Newsplore
  5. Corp.  Commercial use of this version is expressly prohibited without prior 
  6. written consent of Newsplore Corp.
  7. Newsplorer may not be duplicated, sold, distributed or utilized in any manner
  8. not described herein without the prior written consent of Newsplorer Corp. 
  9. Parties interested in licensing Newsplorer for other than personal use should
