  2. LICENSE FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

  4.    1. The XP Web Buttons unregistered trial version, may be
  5.       freely distributed, provided the distribution package is 
  6.       not modified.
  7.    2. You may use this software during a test period of 30 days. 
  8.       If you wish to continue to use XP Web Buttons, you must register.
  9.    3. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for XP Web Buttons: 
  10.       Personal and Business.
  11.       a.  With the Personal License, you can use the program for 
  12.           non-commercial purposes in non-business, non-commercial 
  13.           environment. The software can be installed on a single PC and
  14.           utilized by the person the software is registered to only.
  15.       b.  Business License allows using the software on any number of 
  16.           computers inside the company that purchased the license, but 
  17.           in borders of a single company office/location only.

  19.       Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
  20.       to use XP Web Buttons on as many computers as defined by
  21.       the licensing terms above according to the number of licenses
  22.       purchased, for any legal purpose.
  23.    4. All copyrights to XP Web Buttons are exclusively owned
  24.       by XP-Web-Buttons.com, any copy of this software, as well as 
  25.       generated scripts, must contain all of the original proprietary 
  26.       notices.
  27.    5. XP WEB BUTTONS IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
  28.       NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
  29.       YOU USE XP WEB BUTTONS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  30.       THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,
  31.       DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
  32.       LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  34.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  35.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as

  37.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  38.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
  39.    7. Installing and using XP Web Buttons signifies acceptance of
  40.       these terms and conditions of the license.
  41.    8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
  42.       remove XP Web Buttons files from your storage devices and
  43.       cease to use the product.
