  4. BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE INSTALLATION 
  5. AND/OR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY
  6. READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  7. OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED
  8. WARRANTY (The "Agreement").

  10. BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU
  11. INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS
  12. AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR AGREE
  13. WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR
  14. USE THIS SOFTWARE!

  17.  Informaizer is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

  19.  1. All copyrights to Informaizer are exclusively owned by the author
  20.     - Vadim Schetinkin.
  21.  
  22.  2. Anyone may use this software during a test period.
  23.     Following this test period, if you wish
  24.     to continue to use Informaizer, you MUST register.
  25.  
  26.  3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  27.     use Informaizer on one computer, for any legal purpose, 
  28.     at a time.  The registered Informaizer software may not be rented or 
  29.     leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  30.     it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  31.     the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  33.  4. The Informaizer unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
  34.     with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
  35.     not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  36.     distribution of Informaizer without written permission from the copyright
  37.     holder. The Informaizer unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  38.     distributed with any other package without written permission of
  39.     the copyright holder.

  41.  5. To register you must complete the registration form and send
  42.     it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized
  43.     registration sites.

  45.  6. INFORMAIZER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  46.     KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  47.     THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  48.     OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
  49.     THIS SOFTWARE.

  51.  7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  52.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  53.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  54.     provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  55.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  56.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  58.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Vadim Schetinkin.

  60.  8. Installing and using Informaizer signifies acceptance of these terms
  61.     and conditions of the license.

  63.  9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  64.     Informaizer files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
