  1. There is a bug in the copy protection that stops it working on some DVD drives, and some CD-Writers.
  2. The game will install fine, then will play the opening movies fine. When you start a new game it will say
  3. "Loading..." and freeze. Sometimes it will kick out and say that you have to have the CD in the CD drive.
  4. The problem seems to be related to specific DVD and CD-Writer drives. First make sure you have the newest
  5. drivers for the drives and that you have the newest drive bios flash installed as well. If that doesn't work
  6. get the fix. Fix for DVD drives. Install them into the Mortyr\Data directory, overwriting the files there.
  7. As far as we know, this will not work on CD-Writers, so use at your own risk. If you do use a CD-Writer, back up
  8. the files the zip will overwrite (DCPVRNT3.DLL, DCPRAW16.DLL, DCPRAW95.DLL) before installing in case it brings
  9. it down. It should be noted that this fix was meant for certain Pioneer DVD drives, and OEM versions there of.

  12. -Acer DVP-1040A (10X/40X) Pioneer DVD-114 OEM
  13. -Actima AD05P (6X/32X) ( Know firmware : 1.08 / 1.12) Pioneer DVD-113 OEM drive.
  14. -Aopen DVD-9632 (6X/32X) 1.15 This drive is in fact an OEM Pioneer A03/103S.
  15. -Aopen DVD-1040 Pro (10X/40X) (Know firmware : 1.14 / 1.25) Pioneer DVD-104S OEM
  16. -Compaq  DVD-113 (6X/32X) 2.00 ( Know firmware : 1.10) 2.00 correct bugs with CD-R software when the drive is
  17.  in RPC-2 position. Pioneer DVD-113 OEM drive.
  18. -Philips PCDV104 (10X/40X) (Know firmware : 1.10) Pioneer DVD-114 OEM. There may be more.

  20. If the crosshair jumps, type AIM OFF in the console. The crosshair jumping in an attempt to auto aim.

  22. Jumping frame rates. If the frame rate at one moment is fast, then slow, there is no fix. This is,
  23. for better or for worse, a thing in the engine itself. It will always try to run at its best speeds.
  24. Which many times is quite good, other times you will see a noticeable hit in the speed.

  26. There is no patch to add joystick support.
