I, Emperor Valir IV, who rules the Emprire of Kania and all its Allods under the mighty auspices of Great Mage Tenses, have my will and pleasure to issue this day my Royal Edict in accordance with which an expediton of four of our subjects shall set off to the Allod of Uimoir with weighty matters of state.
Let them use their best endeavors and manifest themselves as true sons of their Fatherland, let them advance to their goals by fair means or foul and watch inviolately everything worthy of note on the Allod of Uimoir.
