  10.              ARTISOFT, INC. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

  12.      (Tucson, Arizona, June 2, 1993) - Artisoft, Inc. (NASDAQ
  13. SYMBOL: ASFT).  The Board of Directors of Artisoft, Inc. today
  14. announced a series of management changes that are effective
  15. immediately.  Specifically, the Board has terminated C. John Schoof
  16. II as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the
  17. Company and named William C. Keiper as Chief Executive Officer. 
  18. Mr. Keiper, age 42, joined Artisoft in January 1993 as President
  19. and Chief Operating Officer.  The Board also announced that it
  20. planned to name a new Chairman at its regularly-scheduled Board
  21. meeting next week.
