  10.                 This text does not apply to the FULL VERSION, which is
  11.                 not shareware and may not be distributed.

  16. DESCRIPTION:    The Curse Of Ra is a next generation version of the classic
  17.                 mahjongg game, featuring arcade standard graphics. It
  18.                 introduces new elements such as bombs, magnets and walls,
  19.                 and uses the one-layer two-angles arcade rules.
  20.  
  21.                 Work your way through 50 cleverly designed levels with
  22.                 increasing difficulty. Levels 8 to 50 will challenge both
  23.                 your mind and logic.
  24.  
  25.                 Play in single or multiplayer modes. Also included is an
  26.                 editor allowing you to create your own levels and challenge
  27.                 your friends.

  67.                 A highscores file ("Highscores.Ra") is created the first time
  68.                 a highscore is achieved.

  71.                 Whenever possible, The Curse Of Ra (SHAREWARE VERSION)
  72.                 should be distributed as the original self-extracting
  73.                 zip-file ("RaInstall.exe"). Check "www.UsedStar.com" for
  74.                 latest version.

  76.                 If preferred (e.g. on cover disks) distributors can use
  77.                 their own installation routine. This routine must produce
  78.                 all of the above listed files (excluding the Highscore
  79.                 file "Highscores.Ra") and run "Setup.exe" straight after.
  80.  
  81.                 Setup.exe's functions are to set up necessary configurations and
  82.                 to create desktop shortcuts. It does this with its own dialog
  83.                 window.
  84.                 If the distributor's alternative installation routine already
  85.                 creates shortcuts, Setup2.exe can be run instead of Setup.exe.
  86.                 Setup2.exe is invisible (doesn't show a dialog window).

  88.                 Either Setup.exe or Setup2.exe has to be executed once, before
  89.                 "The Cures Of Ra.exe" can be played.

  119. related files (including this one). It does NOT refer to the FULL VERSION.

  121. By copying, using or distributing this Program, you indicate your
  122. acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  125.  USE OF THE PROGRAM:

  127.   You are permitted to use the Program for a 30 day trial period, after
  128.   which the program will stop running and if you desire to keep playing,
  129.   you must purchase the FULL VERSION of The Curse Of Ra.

  132.  NON-COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION:

  134.   Non-commercial distribution (where no charge is made) is permitted
  135.   without further authorisation, so long as the Program is represented as
  136.   shareware (and not as free or public domain software) and so long as
  137.   all the Program's files are included without modification.

  140.  COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION:

  142.   "Commercial Distribution" means distribution for money or other

  206.          bond, other security or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable
  207.          remedies with respect to such breaches, in addition to such other
  208.          remedies as I may have.

  210.      [2] You will hold myself, my partners, contractors, employees and
  211.          agents harmless from damage, loss and expense arising directly or
  212.          indirectly from your acts and omissions in copying or distributing
