  4. DOWNLOADING, COPYING AND USE OF THE DEMO ARE SUBJECT TO THE 
  5. FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS. PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE 
  6. CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, COPYING OR USING THE DEMO. BY USING 
  7. THE DEMO, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS

  15. (collectively referred to herein as "LEC").  The Demo is licensed 
  16. (not sold) to you, and LEC owns all copyright, trade secret, 
  17. patent and other proprietary rights in the Demo. LEC hereby gives 
  18. you permission to make copies of the Demo (only in its original 
  19. form as provided by LEC) to give to other persons and to 
  20. distribute the Demo to others electronically, provided that in all
  21.  such cases you may not charge or receive money or other 
  22. consideration from any person or entity for the receipt or use of 
  23. the Demo OR ANY DISC OR MATERIALS CONTAINING THE DEMO. You may 
  24. not: (1) modify or prepare derivative works of the Demo; or (2) 
  25. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

  28. your sole risk. The Demo and any related documentation or 
  29. materials are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind.

  31. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
  32. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND 
  33. NONINFRINGEMENT. LEC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED
  34. IN THE DEMO WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF 
  35. THE DEMO WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN 
  36. THE DEMO WILL BE CORRECTED. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND 
  37. PERFORMANCE OF THE DEMO IS ASSUMED BY YOU. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO 
  38. NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE

  48. LAW, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF LEC OR AN LEC AUTHORIZED
  49. REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES
  50. OR LOSS.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR 
  51. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO
