  3. Before you can play Over the Reich you must install 
  4. Quicktime for Windows(tm) and, if you are running
  5. Windows 95, also Microsoft DirectX(tm).

  7. Run the following install programs:

  12. installs\qt32.exe

  21. If you have Windows 95, you should run the OTR95.EXE
  22. version of Over the Reich.  Otherwise, run OTR31.EXE
  23. for Windows 3.1.
