MYOB Plus is about to prepare an Inventory Adjustment transaction to adjust the on-hand quantities to match your counted quantities.
MYOB Plus noticed that the previous on-hand quantity of at least one of your items was set to zero. Are you entering opening stock balances for these items?
One more thing. MYOB Plus also noticed that the balance of at least one of the stock asset accounts linked to the new items is set to zero. Do you want MYOB Plus to adjust them?
As a "shortcut" you may enter a default allocation account--usually an expense account--for something like shrinkage or obsolescence.
If you are entering your opening stock balances, click the button called Opening Balances. Otherwise click Continue.
Click Adjust Balances if you want MYOB Plus to adjust the asset account balances to match your stock values. Otherwise click Continue.
If you leave the default account blank, you'll need to enter an allocation account on every line of the upcoming Stock Adjustments Window.
NOTE: ONCE IN THE STOCK ADJUSTMENTS WINDOW BE SURE TO ENTER THE PER-UNIT COST OF EACH ITEM.
