  1. COOKIE PAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. By installing Cookie Pal from Kookaburra Software on your
  5. computer you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  7. 1)  This product is distributed as a SHAREWARE computer
  8. software program. You may evaluate this product for a
  9. maximum of thirty (30) days from the time you first install
  10. it onto your computer. After this time you must either
  11. remove this product from your computer or register the
  12. product with Kookaburra Software.

  14. 2)  This product may be installed on a single computer only
  15. and used by one person only.
  16.  
  17. 3)  Kookaburra Software makes NO WARRANTIES regarding this
  18. product. You accept this product on an AS IS basis.
  19. Kookaburra Software is not responsible for any damages
  20. whatsoever, including loss of information, interruption of
  21. business, personal injury and/or any damage or
  22. consequential damage without limitation, incurred before,
  23. during or after the use of our products.

  25. 4)  This program is owned by Kookaburra Software and is
  26. copyright protected. No program, code, part, image, text
  27. or sound may be copied or used in any way by the user
  28. except as detailed in this license agreement.

  30. 5)  You are permitted to make one (1) back-up copy of the
  31. registered program for your personal protection.
  32.  
  33. 6)  The shareware (unregistered) version of this product
  34. may be redistributed freely under the following conditions:
  35.  
  36.   a) The distribution format is not modified in any way
  37.      from the original supplied by Kookaburra Software.
  38.      Specifically no files may be altered, deleted or added
  39.      to the distribution file(s).
  40.  
  41.   b) The distribution does not include a registration
  42.      number. In particular, you may not distribute a
  43.      registered piece of software.
  44.  
  45.   c) No money is charged to the person receiving the
  46.      software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and
  47.      other overhead.
