  1. Here you can find Support, FAQ, Error-Reports and Tips. Right now there not so many Problems with our Software: 
  2. Question 1:  In MpegDJ I get the following Error  "IO-Error 183". What is Wrong?

  4. Question 2: I installed MpegDJ Encoder and when starting I get many errors like "some system files missing" and can┤t stop the error messages. Only CRTL-ALT-DEL helps deleting the Task.

  6. Question 3: The Encoder says: "no compatible CD-Drive found"

  8. Question 4: The Encoder says: "Error initializing CD-Copy" 
  9.  
  10. Question 5: After encoding there are some noises at the end of the Wave and/or MP3 files, some kind of Squizzing etc.

  19. Question?  I have installed MpegDJ and get the following Error  "IO-Error 183". What is Wrong?  
  20. Answer  There was a Bug in the Player which occured in Version 1.10 and below.  
  21. Solution!  Please download the latest version install this.

  27. Answer  The Remote Asynchronous Service (Internet via Modem) is needed and not installed on your system.  
  28. Solution!  Download the latest Version and install this.

  33. Question?  The Encoder says: "no compatible CD-Drive found"  
  34. Answer  We are using the ASPI-Manager to access the CD-Drives. You are using on incompatible (too old) version of ASPI or you DO NOT have a compatible Drive.  
  35. Solution!  Please install a newer version of the ASPI which is delivered with your SCSI-Card (adaptec, AMD, NCR etc.). For IDE-Drives on Windows 95 you can install our ASPI-Manager-Update from the Download-Section. Windows 98 (since Beta 3!) has a built-in uptodate Manager included. Windows NT User should install Service Pack 3 and use the generic ATAPI-Driver.

  40. Question?  The Encoder says: "Error initializing CD-Copy"  
  41. Answer  You have an incompatible COPY-Mode setting or your ASPI-Manager is incompatibel (see above)  
  42. Solution!  Setup the Copy-mode to NORMAL or see above
