  1. Microsoft PowerToys cannot be installed from a menu system, they have to 
  2. be installed manually.  To install the PowerToys, using Explorer, goto
  3. D:\library\powertoy\ (where 'D' is the letter of your CD drive), and right
  4. click on the relevant .INF file, choosing install from the options.  If you 
  5. cannot see any .INF files, open 'My Computer' click on View, then Options.  
  6. Choose the View tab and make sure that 'Display the full MS-DOS path in the 
  7. title bar' is ticked, and 'Hide MS-DOS file extensions for file types that 
  8. are registered' is not ticked.
