  3. What you need to view PowerPoint Animation files? 
  4.  
  5. ò Windows 95 or Windows NT 3.51 or later. 
  6. ò To view PowerPoint Animation files in your browser, you need 
  7. Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or Netscape Navigator 2.0 or later. 
  8. ò To see them full screen, you can use Microsoft Internet Explorer 1.0 or later and Netscape Navigator 1.2 or later.

  10. What you need to create PowerPoint Animations? 
  11.  
  12. ò Windows 95 or Windows NT 3.51 or later. 
  13. ò Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows 95.

  16. Installing the PowerPoint Animation Player & Publisher
  17.  
  18. The following steps will install both the Animation Player and 
  19. Publisher - the publisher to create PowerPoint Animation files, 
  20. and the player to view PowerPoint Animation files. Before you begin,
  21.  make sure you've installed PowerPoint for Windows 95 and are running 
  22. Windows 95 or Windows NT 3.51 or later. 
  23.  
  24. If multiple users share a computer, you'll need to install the 
  25. PowerPoint Animation Publisher for each user needing this functionality. 
  26.  
  27. 1.If using Microsoft Internet Explorer, click Open in the Internet
  28. Explorer dialog box. If using Netscape Navigator, save to a folder 
  29. and run axpub.exe. 
  30.  
  31. 2.Launch PowerPoint 95, and then open your favorite presentation. 
  32.  
  33. 3.On the File menu, click Export as PowerPoint Animation or if you 
  34. have the PowerPoint Internet Assistant installed, click on Export 
  35. for Internet and then select As PowerPoint Animation 
  36.  
  37. 4.Name the PowerPoint Animation file. The Animation Publisher creates 
  38. two files - a PPZ file and an HTM file with the same name. 
  39.  
  40. 5.In Windows Explorer, double-click the HTM file and enjoy! 
  41.  
  42. 6.When you move the PowerPoint Animation files to your server, 
  43. you might need to add MIME mappings on your server. Refer to the 
  44. section in the online User's Guide on How do I add PowerPoint 
  45. Animation support

  47. Installing the PowerPoint Animation Player 
  48.  
  49. Before you begin, make sure you are running Windows 95 or Windows NT. 
  50.  
  51. 1.If using Microsoft Internet Explorer, click Open in the Internet
  52. Explorer dialog box.If using Netscape Navigator, save to a folder 
  53. and run axplayer.exe. 
  54. 2.Browse to a Web page containing an PowerPoint Animation file 
  55. and enjoy!

  57. Uninstalling the PowerPoint Animation Player 
  58.  
  59. 1.In your Windows 95 Control Panel, launch Add/Remove Programs 
  60. 2.Choose PowerPoint Animation Player from the list. 
  61. 3.Click on Add/Remove to uninstall the PowerPoint Animation Player. 
  62. This also uninstalls the Animation Publisher if you installed the Animation Player and Publisher
