4 - May - 1995 R. Rothenhˆfer - Holland.
AT-AT-Walker : All-Terrain Armored-Transport
Vehicle from Star Wars - The Empire strikes back -.
Original design by Joseph Johnston, Ralph McQuarrie, Colin Cantwell, Nilo Rodis-Jamero and others.
Original models created by Lorne Peterson, Pat McClung, Grant McCune, David Beasley, William George and others.
I've always been crazy about this movie, so I was thrilled to find all these objects out here,
but I didn't like to see that there wasn't any high detail AT-AT, so since I already where making my own,
I just went on and decided to load it up. I've used the movie and the toy version to construct this motha,
so the details are not perfect, because the toy doesn't look 100% like the one in the movie.
I've created this one with five of these, each one walking in a different "step",
and moving it's head in a different way, but this is a project file of 1.2 MB!
So I reduced it to one in order to reduce the file size as much as possible.
That's about it, except that I must mention that the landscape I've used isn't mine.
I took it from Harry H. Chang's X-Wing fighter (the file : R-WING-X.ZIP). I hope he doesn't mind.
I must say his models are great, except for the E-AT-AT of course, it looks fine, but mine is better, much better.
So to every StarWars freak I would advise you to watch out for all files starting with the E- (for Empire)
and R- (for Rebels). These models are worth it.
