                         SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

                    Crazyoid and all it's components are

This document describes the terms and conditions by which Magorum
Praeda Interactive, Inc. will license other parties to use and
distribute this software program. This software program
(the "Program") is intended solely for distribution as "shareware"
(i.e. "try before you buy"). The Program IS NOT public domain, nor
free software, nor "freeware". No use, copying, reproduction or
distribution of the Program, or copies of the Program, is authorized
except in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this
document.

The Program is protected by copyright laws in Canada and in the United
States, and in other countries pursuant to international treaties.
Magorum Praeda Interactive, Inc. is the exclusive worldwide licensor
of the Program, and the copyrights and other proprietary rights therein.

The attached VENDINFO data record is hereby incorporated by reference.
Any distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed
in that data record is hereby authorized.

Limited Use And Distribution License
------------------------------------

1.
  You may use this Program without registering for a period of thirty
  (30) days. After this period, you have to properly register the
  Program to continue using it.

2.
  You may not decompile, recompile, disassemble, reverse engineer,
  adapt, make modifications of any sort or create derivative works
  of the Program or any files or elements thereof, unless with written
  permission from Magorum Praeda Interactive, Inc.

3.
  You may not rent, lease, sell or license the Program to anyone, nor
  offer the Program on a pay-per-play basis, unless with written
  permission from Magorum Praeda Interactive, Inc.

4.
  In all distribution of the Program, which include, without limitation,
  BBS downloads, packaging, advertising, documentation, magazines,
  catalogs, FTP downloads, bundling with hardware, distribution CDs,
  magazine cover CDs and Web site downloads, Magorum Praeda Interactive,
  Inc. shall be credited as the owner of the Program. Furthermore, the
  Program must be identified as shareware (and not identified as "free
  software", nor as "public domain", nor the like). In all
  distribution, Magorum Praeda Interactive, Inc. would appreciate that
  you let us know that you are distributing our Program.

5.
  In all distribution, the shareware concept shall be explained in enough
  detail. Shareware is "try before you buy" and the price paid by the
  user to obtain the Program from a distributor is a distribution charge
  only.

6.
  The Program must be distributed in its original, unaltered form. All
  files within the package (install file) must stay together and
  unmodified.
  Furthermore, the files in the package must not be renamed. The files of
  the Program and all the elements of the Program must be distributed as
  a complete package. You may not change, rename, merge, delete any files
  of the package or add any files to the package.
  You may not remove or alter any copyright information on the Program,
  and you must take reasonable steps to protect the copyrights and other
  rights of Magorum Praeda Interactive, Inc. on the Program.

7.
  The Program is intended for distribution as shareware only. You shall
  not charge any fee for the Program, although you may charge a
  distribution fee for costs associated with the distribution of the
  Program. You are encouraged and permitted to distribute copies of the
  Program as long as you follow the terms and conditions in this
  license agreement.

8.
  Magorum Praeda Interactive, Inc. has the rights to update the Program,
  it's contents and all it's associated files and elements at its
  discretion, without any obligation or consent from any licensed users
  or distributors.

9.
  As for this license, your right to distribute the Program is
  nonexclusive.
  Magorum Praeda Interactive, Inc. can terminate the license granted to
  you hereunder at any time and for any reason upon written notice.

10.
  The registration code that the user receive from registration is the
  property of the user that registers and Magorum Praeda Interactive
  Inc.. The registration code may not be given to any other user, or
  distributed in any way. The user and distributor must take reasonable
  steps to protect the copyrights, trademarks and other rights of
  Magorum Praeda Interactive Inc. for this product.

11.
  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

  THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS".  MAGORUM PRAEDA INTERACTIVE, INC.
  MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS PROGRAM OR ANY FILES, DOCUMENTATION OR
  ELEMENTS THEREOF OR RELATING THERETO OR ANY MEDIUM THE PROGRAM MAY
  BE ON (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
  OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF QUALITY OR PERFORMANCE).

  IN NO EVENT WILL MAGORUM PRAEDA INTERACTIVE, INC. BE LIABLE FOR
  DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
  DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM OR
  ANY FILES, DOCUMENTATION OR ELEMENTS THEREOF.

12.
  If any provision of this License Agreement is held to be void, invalid
  or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of
  this Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to
  its terms and conditions.
