Click Extract at the bottom of the screen.  The program
will do all the rest.  It will create a folder (c:\lpbridge), 
extract the files into this folder, and create a shortcut
for you to use the game.
 
If you already have Let's Play Bridge on your computer
and it does not reside in c:\lpbridge, I suggest that you
delete the directory it is in and do as above.
 
If you already have Let's Play Bridge on your computer,
and it is a recent version (98.2 or higher), do not copy over
var.dat. This will preserve your access number.  It this doesn't
work you can always copy all the files and reenter 
your access number.
